For example, all kinds of automatic fire extinguishing systems, fire hydrants, and fire extinguishers; second, after a fire occurs, warnings remind people to "catch fire" and control the spread of fire and smoke as much as possible so that it does not expand. For example, automatic fire alarm system, fire broadcasting, smoke control, fire separation system, etc.; third, when there is a fire, help people put out the fire and save themselves, such as fire emergency lighting, fire elevator and so on.
If fire-fighting facilities and equipment cannot play their due role, it constitutes a fire hazard. Below, will classify the fire equipment equipment common fire hazards.
1. automatic fire alarm system
In layman's terms, the main function of the fire alarm system is that when a fire occurs, it tells you as soon as possible: fire, fire. Let you decide whether to put out the fire or run away.

Other common fire hazards are: the automatic fire alarm controller is broken; the line of the automatic fire alarm system is out of order; the power supply and backup power supply of the automatic fire alarm system are faulty; the floor display and horn are broken.
2. sprinkler system

4. gas fire extinguishing system
The role of the gas fire extinguishing system is also fire extinguishing. It is suitable for places where water cannot be used (or water is not good) to extinguish the fire, such as power distribution rooms, computer centers, etc. In the event of a fire, the gas fire extinguishing system is an automatic jet to extinguish the fire. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
There is no gas in the gas extinguishing agent storage cylinder (or the air pressure is not enough); The valve above the gas fire extinguishing pipeline is closed; The air pressure in the fire extinguishing starting cylinder is insufficient; The safety pin of the solenoid valve on the fire extinguishing agent cylinder has not been pulled out.
5. fire separation facilities
Fire separation facilities mainly include fire doors, fire windows, fire shutters, fire blocking, fire valves, etc. Its function is to block the spread of fire (smoke) after a fire. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
The above products are fake and inferior fire fighting equipment products. Fire doors and fire shutters are not closed tightly. The fire door lacks a door closer (or is damaged); There are things stacked under the fire shutter (causing it to fail to land); There is a problem with the remote control system and it cannot be controlled. The fire blocking material is not tightly closed and the thickness is not enough. The fire damper cannot be closed or cannot be closed automatically.
6. smoke control system
The smoke control system includes a smoke control system and a smoke exhaust system. Smoke prevention system mainly refers to the positive pressure air supply system, which is generally set up in stairwells, front rooms and refuge floors. After a fire occurs, blow some air into it to increase the pressure, so that smoke is not easy to enter and people will be safer inside. Smoke exhaust systems are generally set up in walkways and rooms. After a fire occurs, smoke from these places is discharged (pumped away), so that people can be less harmed by smoke. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
Smoke exhaust fan and smoke prevention fan are broken (or their power supply is dead); Smoke leakage (wind) in exhaust duct and air supply duct; Smoke exhaust port and air supply outlet cannot be opened; Air supply and smoke exhaust system cannot be automatically controlled.
7. fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system
After the fire broke out, there was usually a power outage, and then it was dark, smoke was big, and people could not find the north. Therefore, the design of the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system, the role is to provide emergency lighting, with light to guide people to which side of the evacuation. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
The emergency lighting is of poor quality, not on, or the lighting time is too short; the evacuation indicator is not on, or the lighting time is short; the emergency lighting and evacuation indicator are installed in the wrong position; the evacuation indicator is installed in the wrong direction; these fire fighting equipment and facilities cannot be controlled remotely or automatically.
8. fire elevator
After the fire broke out, the ordinary elevator could not be used, so the fire elevator had to be used at this time. The main function of the fire elevator is for firefighters to go upstairs to put out the fire or save people. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
The fire elevator is powered off during a fire (there is no dual power supply); the fire elevator is too small to take enough firefighters (fire fighting equipment); the fire elevator cannot automatically land on the first floor and open the door; there is no intercom and emergency lighting in the fire elevator.
9. fire telephone and emergency broadcast
After a fire occurs, it is often necessary to have a reliable and easy-to-use communication system to organize personnel to evacuate and escape, put out the fire, report the fire situation, etc. It is too slow to rely on mobile phones, and sometimes the signal is not good by intercom. Therefore, the fire telephone and emergency broadcast in the building are meaningful. For example, in a 30-storey building, the 5th floor is on fire, how can the 6th to 30th floor be aware of the fire? It is obviously not reliable to rely on people to call and make phone calls. At this time, if the emergency broadcast is turned on, the whole building will understand in one minute. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
The fire telephone jack is broken. The corresponding position of the fire telephone is wrong; The horn of emergency broadcasting is not ringing or the sound is too low; There is something wrong with the emergency broadcasting line. The broadcast controller is broken (microphone, power amplifier, volume adjustment, etc.).
10. fire extinguisher
Fire extinguishers are most commonly used when a fire occurs, and people can put out the fire by grabbing them. Therefore, the following are common fire hazards:
There is a problem with the quality of the fire extinguisher. It may be filled with lime instead of dry powder for extinguishing fire. The number of fire extinguishers is small and the location is wrong. The fire extinguisher is of the wrong type. It is clearly a computer room, but it is equipped with water and dry powder fire extinguishers. The fire extinguisher is broken (used) and has not been repaired.
